I'm amazed no one has tried this yet! Mad Max is uniquely suited to be a TV show: low cost scenarios but a lot of possibilities for stories and situations.
A Mad Max television show ideally could be like a combination of The Mandalorian and The Walking Dead: almost an episodic show with only a few continuity ties between episodes that could take place anywhere Max found himself mixed up in some new post-apoaolytpic scenario.
I've been playing a lot of the video game Mad Max (easily my favorite open world game now) and it struck me how much potential this brand has. There will likely be another movie after the success of Fury Road, but a Mad Max show could have smaller adventures on a more regular basis. I'd love to watch a show with a simple premise but set in a wide imaginative universe.
I know they'd probably mess it up, but you have a lot of time to dream in quarantine.

The music I used was Epikton by Fusion Reactor.
The dialogue is from Mad Max: Fury Road.

I used the following clips: Daylight's End, Future World, Scorched Earth, Turbo Kid, The Bad Batch, Zombie Hunter, Young Ones, What the Waters Left Behind, Mad Shelia, Hellrasier: Judgement, The Hills Have Eyes (remake) 1 and 2, Happy Hunting, Flight of the Phoenix (remake), Wyrmwood: Road of the Dead, Death Race (remake) 1, 2, 3, Defiance (live action trailer), Wasteland 2 Intro, Blue World Order, Hirokin The Last Samurai, IO, The 100.
