Falcom (Neptunia) - Character Development
269Well, this was supposed to be a surprise upload for New Year's Eve (or the day before), but my ISP decided it wanted to spend the week crashing, thus preventing me from reliably downloading footage or uploading the finished product. Almost poetically like a microcosm of 2018, isn't it?
Longtime viewers of my channel might remember the days when Hyperdimension Neptunia was *the* series at the forefront of my channel, the one thing people were quickest to associate with me, but it's been quite a while since I last talked about or acknowledged it. So what happened? I fell behind, mainly. Not enough time spent at home with my consoles, but at least some of the titles I missed are on Steam now.
Despite that detachment, episode suggestions related to Neptunia have always been around and visible, and today, I feel like tapping back into those good times by discussing the most frequently-suggested Maker, Falcom! Nihon Falcom has a special place of importance in video game history, though it's not quite as visible outside of Japan--how, then, does Neptunia's incarnation of the company fare?
