Oh hey, look, another new series that offers untapped potential for a show like this. Stop me if that description sounds familiar.

Japes aside, Monster Hunter is a series that I've questioned covering for a fair while, as each of the franchise's monsters is based on some kind of real-life animal, fossil, or mythological creature, I just wasn't sure which one exactly would make for the greatest starting point.

Which is why I picked two instead of one. Two Elder Dragons that really take the cake for me because they're based on two of my favorite mythological creatures! But how so?
