go to support.fallguys.com and submit a request

describe your issue and submit your request

the response time from support is pretty fast, my issue was resolved within minutes

they will explain why you’re receiving this error message

in my case, my Amazon account was still linked to the Fall Guys profile that I had on Steam

they’ll offer you two solutions

they can perform a migration, but you will lose the current data (currency, season pass) but will retain all the cosmetics

or they can unlink the Amazon account from the previous profile and you will be able to link it to the current one

I chose for option number two

I tried linking my amazon account to fall guys again

in fall guys I now received a confirmation that my amazon account was succesfully linked

I can unlink my account again if I want to

the prime gaming loot is now available in my inventory
