Fallen Leaf: Part 22: Stage 1-LAST BOSS: Primian Leader Returns (Smonkith)
After the end of an impressively large World of levels to start this game with, you get one last climax boss of the Gusty Wildwoods.
Petal and Leaf (and also potentially Pawla) find a Gold Chest at the start. They open it and...
Out comes the actual leader of the Primians: Smonkith! A certain human sealed him away. Knowing that Leaf & Petal are humans, he decided to take his anger out on them and beat 'em up!
----------
Like lesser Primians, Smonkith can shoot painful bubbles from his mouth. However, he also has other moves, such as charging towards the wall to cause rocks to fall, or stomp the ground to do the same as well as release shockwaves. The walls can also suddenly gain spikes.
----------
After Smonkith is beaten, Petal gives him a scolding for underestimating her and her brother (and potentially their recent cat friend, too).
The human that sealed Smonkith away by a certain man that was trying to steal his stuff. He then took his leave from the area.
Petal had to suspect that the man was Willow... but why would he do this?
Your actual reward for beating this boss is a Magic Crystal to increase your Magic Meter's length.
----------
Leaf & Petal then checked outdoors to see a huge flying creature bound to a post. The kids free him, for he was captured by the Primians.
From there, Petal decided that the platform on the creature's back can be used to help give her and Left a ride across the world. The creature, named Featherhorn, was happy to assist with their quest, and fly them towards some islands.
Featherhorn also told of his father that was also captured by Primians, only to be rescued by a human with magic powers. Once again, Petal had to assume this was Willow.
Turns out that Willow sealed away Smonkith as a punishment for trying to steal away Featherhorn's dear ol' dad.
----------
The next World is the green seas of Dual-Tone Tides. Clearly it's a very aquatic place compared to the earthy tones of Gusty Wildwoods.
You can now use Featherhorn to reach different worlds. If the level your sitting on is in a different World from the one you're reaching, he'll come down to give you a quick ride to it.
