Hug the right-wall until you're downstairs where you kill a Mirelurk and end up in a room. In this room, there is a pre-war book.

Exit the room and lockpick the door at your first right. Look on the upper left shelf for drugs and a stealth boy.

Still on this lower floor, move south-east to the engineering side of the sound studio. Beware of another Lurk. Next to the computer terminal, there is another log and a Nikola Tesla book.

Use the terminal to open the other half of the studio and enter to pick the Soil Stradivarius violin.

Back upstairs, sweep the section of Mirelurks.

In the most eastern room, you'll find a terminal and a pre-war book.

Across from the room is the class room with a log file on a desk as soon as you walk in.

In the second to most northern room, on a shelf to your left, there's a final pre-war book.

That should make 5 pre-war books found in Vault 92.
