Giving 30 Quantums to Ronald sacrifices the Nuka-Grenade schematic and nets you bad karma. I don't recommend it.

When you enter the nuka-cola plant, head west and examine the safe that needs a key. More on it later.

For now:
Chinese Sp. Ops book in the main area; look up in the reception area for a hole in the floor and jump to open the exposed cabinet congaing the book.

Toward the east in the kitchen, you can find a Dean's Electronics on the counter's bend.

In the factory section:
( I picked the door to get in; without 100 lockpick, otherwise, you'll have to go west from the reception area and travel through the Nuka-Lurk infested Storage Vats and Offices.)

You can get 3 nuka-cola quantums from messing with a packing line terminal. To find it, make sure to go downstairs and explore a bit as you travel through the factory section.

There's a Tumblers Today under the safe in the room that Milo the robot hangs out in.

You can kill Milo for what you need. You can also speech check, robotics expert, or use employee information found in the Welcome to the Family note found in the Storage Vats section to make him non-hostile and useful. The Storage Vat note should be close to a terminal that activates a Protectron.
