In the factory section:
( I picked the door to get in; without 100 lockpick, otherwise, you'll have to go west from the reception area and travel through the Nuka-Lurk infested Storage Vats and Offices.)

You can get 3 nuka-cola quantums from messing with a packing line terminal. To find it, make sure to go downstairs and explore a bit as you travel through the factory section.

There's a Tumblers Today under the safe in the room that Milo the robot hangs out in.

You can kill Milo for what you need. You can also speech check, robotics expert, or use employee information found in the Welcome to the Family note found in the Storage Vats section to make him non-hostile and useful. The Storage Vat note should be close to a terminal that activates a Protectron.

Offices Loot:
2nd Floor:
In the north-eastern room, on top of a safe, there's a Lying, Congressional Style.

On the western edge, you can find the body of Winger Mercier with a note discussing Nuka-Cola Clear.

Near Winger's body, there's a stealth boy, and north of the body in another room, there's a Big Book of Science.

Downstairs on the north-side, is a hard locked room containg four skeletons and a note describing Milo's insanity.

Before leaving the building, move west from the reception area and get the Nuka-Cola Clear formula from the R&D safe. If you don't have the key, ask or kill for it from Milo.

Take the Clear formula to Goalie Ledoux north-east of the Nuka-Cola factory for at least 300 caps, and kill Ledoux for his unique hockey mask that grants +25 AP.
