Fallout 3 Playthrough (No Commentary) Point Lookout DLC: Part 2
1The first quest of point lookout is not its main story, instead we are going to take on one of the more unique side quests in fallout. As we work to finish the objective given to a pre-war communist agent of blowing up a submarine in order to obtain a huge stockpile of ammo and guns.
It also lets us see a glimpse on how the Americans treated its POW by visiting a “charming” interrogation camp where you can see the different ways of torturing their prisoners, however it seems the Soviets also kill their agents for finishing their mission, so our dead agent friend was screwed no matter what he did…
The quest also has no interaction with any humanoid NPCs, similar to the majority of the quests (and the game in general) in Fallout 76 in its early days.
After that we find the location of the main quest and help a grumpy ghoul fend off a massive army of crazy tribals, it almost feels like we killed more of them in a single instance than the enclave over the course of the main game and Broken Steel…
In this part: We get betrayed by the now presumed gone Chinese government and help a ghoul kill what may be about half the population of Point Lookout attacking his mansion.
