Fallout 3 Playthrough (No Commentary) Broken Steel DLC: Part 3 (main story finish)
1Adams Air Force, the base of the Enclave is the last location we will visit for the last main quest of Broken Steel. However it's for the most part an overly large and empty place where enemies are often too far away from you to be able to hit them properly.
Needless to say, it's a very tedious part since you will have to keep running towards the enemy while they pump fire and plasma towards you. If it weren't for the late game items I possess, this would have been a much more tedious affair. It was also the reason I did not explore the base in more detail, since I did not care to do so. But I believe there are some more things to discover such as letting loose the deathclaws and having them fight for you using the scrambler you got before (which in hindsight would have made things easier.).
The Tesla cannon we receive is also a bit of a let down for me, personally I find it to be a bit of an inferior version of the Gauss rifle due to the fact both weapons have to reload between shots, with the cannon being the slower one. So I'll be sticking with the Gauss rifle after this part.
Once you reach the terminal for the orbital strike, you will see a few options for targets, however only the Citadel of the Brotherhood and the base itself are choosable options. In the video I pick the base itself which gives us a large boost to our karma (kinda useless at this point but whatever). However if you choose the citadel, the remaining brotherhood will turn hostile and attack you on sight, also netting a huge drop on karma. However you get access to a hidden armory on the wreckage for some neat items.
Anywho, now it's time to turn our attention to the few side quests the dlc has to offer.
In this part: we infiltrate the Enclave base of operation in order to turn their orbital missile they previously used to destroy the brotherhood's huge robot against them.
