Fallout 3 Gameplay Walkthrough - The Xuanlong assault rifle is a unique Chinese assault rifle. It is found on Prime's body in the diner near the Jury Street Metro station. Prime will not spawn until the Jiggs' Loot quest is completed. Jiggs' Loot - once one completes all the puzzles in the Museum of Technology, the Xuanlong assault rifle spawns on the body of Prime. One must complete this quest in order for Prime, and thus the gun as well, to spawn.
