LOLO rules: Permadeath survival Yolo where all enemies are legendary; only damage with randomly generated legendary items allowed; only use randomly spawned legendary armor; no healing of health, rads, limbs, or addictions; no companions; no scrapping of player built items; no glitchy exploits.

Today we jump into the city to find some bobbleheads, and see some unexpected explosions that could have been much worse. A bunch of legendary drops give us many chances to improve our loadout, but we start running into mostly duplicates, except for a few gems to go through.
