In this mod review I cover a mod that adds a new enemy to fallout 4. This is the ghoul worm which is as disgusting and terrifying as it sounds. This creature is made from ghoul parts and even has human hand tendrils that will try to grab you. That is after it pops out of the ground at any moment as they also burrow. If you want to always be on your toes in fallout this is a great monster to add to your game.
