In this mod review I cover a mod that adds a new outfit to fallout 4. This is perseus which is based off of the character of the same name from call of duty black ops cold war. This outfit makes you look like a soviet era super spy person and it comes with its own unique ballistic weave system. It does have a decent amount of clipping if that kind of thing bugs you.
