In this mod review I cover a mod that makes some changes to the way weather looks, but also makes a fundamental overhaul of how interior lighting looks. This mod at first glance will make interiors much darker but that makes sense as in vanilla most interiors are lit by artificial lights. This mod makes it so dark parts of interiors are dark as well as the light the comes in appearing even more bright and given a more realistic, immersive and contrasted look.
