Fallout 4 Optimización - Godrays off vs mid vs ulta

ENG
Fallout 4 and 76 produce problems when setting the view shadows above the minimum value, which in this game according to the launcher is "medium".

This game and its engine make very bad use of the CPU, which does not stress the GPU and gives poor performance. What happens? You need a CPU with a very high IPC to stress it and get high FPS. However, there are options such as viewing distance and godrays that are processed by the CPU and prevent you from achieving higher performance even though the global CPU gauge is really low (it is a global gauge of all cores, 16, that's why it is low). If you don't have a top CPU from 2023 like the 7800x3d, you may have problems to keep your minimum FPS below 60 regardless of the resolution used, it doesn't matter if you have a more powerful GPU.

If you like godrays, put them in the mid, they don't affect performance too much, the problems are high/ultra, although out of ultra they look partially pixelated. Personally I don't like them, I will make a video talking about this but in my language, Spanish, comparing it with the medium settings.

All Bethesda Game Studios (as devs) games use an updated version of Gamebryo (Creation Engine) and Starfield will use an evolotion of this (Creation Engine 2), the 30 fps in X Series are already confirmed, it is possible that it has to do with the engine optimization problems.

ESP

Questions / FAQ
Why 2304x1440?
Actually my idea was to record at 4:3 but the game does not support them (at least by the launcher), so I have opted for a resolution. I wanted to reduce aspect ratio, and also the performance is equal in this case to 1440p 16:9 (the wrongly called 2k).

Wouldn't a 4090 give more performance?
Not in this resolution, with this processor and in this area, here it limits the GPU.
But in another scenario?
Yes

Do I have to write gr off every time I start the game?
No, there are mods and other options, search google if you are interested.

What is the disabled option?
Motion blur, I dislike it.

Does Ultra have all options maxed out?
No, it is not, HBAO+ is superior and I have to try it. Also "weapon debris" is disabled.

What is the video resolution?
3840x1200, no sharpening added neither in editing nor in game. The TAA blurs and I recommend adding it, but I wanted to capture the "vanilla" game.
