A quick tutorial on building raider style turrets in shopping carts.

Obviously these look slightly different then the in game raider turrets as our turret still has it's base attached. You can use the rug drop technique shown in my "No more bare mattresses" video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KIvpXqCVDNc to add a metal box or wooden crate inside the cart to make it look more like a raider turret with no legs. Another option would be to fill the cart with junk.

This build can be a bit fussy and sometimes the cart will jump 10-20 feet away. It can take many tries to get the cart to stay put. As I showed at the end the Super Mutant cart is much easier to work with if you don't mind the entrails and yes that last rug can be removed but I got sick of wasting time.

I found this particular "clean" cart near Hardware Town and carried it to my settlement. Carts can be found in various other places throughout the commonwealth.

I've found it best to carry all carts, mannequins, etc to your settlement before building anything. Often the act of carrying things into your settlements will cause decorations to fall off shelves and thru floors.
