Patch 1.0.3 of Workshop Plus adds the ability to create blueprints of portions of your settlement and create copies in any settlement.

This video shows you how to use the new feature, as we don't have the same UI in Fallout 4, I had to create some slightly different ways to handle the blueprinting system.

Once I have some more fail-safes in place for the flight mode, I'll move it out of Work-in-Progress. In the meantime, you might want to disable flight on Xbox to avoid some weird quirks that can occur.
