I would like to finish this series with my preliminary conclusion, after making all these videos and playing the BETA. And basically, I'm going to break this video down in 2 parts. Part 1 will be about the buggy mess and kinda shitty game this is. Part 2 will be about how much fun I had playing Fallout 76.

There's no real way around it, Fallout 76 is a pretty big mess, and not in an apocalyptic good way. Nah, it's buggy as hell, runs like ass, the combat is wonky, the user interface is extremely not user friendly on PC and countless features which you would expect in a multiplayer game are missing currently, like push to talk or chat functionality.

This game feels unfinished. It is unpolished and could benefit from another 6 months of development, or maybe a year to iron out all the bugs. Anyone reviewing this game objectively - so not being a bethesda fan boy like me - should not be positive about this. Don't take objective internet gaming magazines seriously if they defend this game guys. This game should be burned in the media outlets, because there's no excuse for a company like Bethesda to release something like this. From a technical objective, gaming kind of standpoint, this game is flawed on so many levels that comparing it to an early access game on Steam, is actually kind of fair.

But I'm not the mainstream media outlets. I am one of the fanboys, you could say. And generally a quite positive person. And even though I do see all the flaws, and made all these videos about them, showing you what this game plays like, there's one thing that Bethesda understands like no other developer, and that is to create an engaging and fun gaming experience.

I had fun playing this BETA. I mostly didn't care of the lazy, sloppy job Bethesda did, porting this game to PC. Because I had such a good time being immersed in a new Fallout world again. There's so much to do, so much to explore. That feeling alone, which most of us have waited for last couple of years, is there once again. After every BETA session, I started missing Appalachia and wanted to go back, back into this buggy world, to scout another location, scrap some more items, upgrade my gear, kill some more enemies, do just one more public event or just marvel at the level design and run through the woods, with 20 frames per second.

I believe Bethesda understands this. They found a way with Fallout 76 to probably still appeal to their fanbase, while grabbing some cash already. This game will be improved over time, the media outlets reviews will be forgotten, players will probably play this game for many years and microtransactions for cosmetics will keep Bethesda financially healthy. At least, that's what I hope goes down. I mean, it could have been worse, right? The Elder Scrolls 6 could've turned out to be a mobile game, for example. *wyatt cheng * *facepalm*

I also sincerely hope that al the money they make from this will be poured into at least some great singleplayer experiences. That would be great, really.

Should you get this game? All I can tell you is that I'm not regretting my purchase thus far. And I can see me enjoying myself for possibly years to come. I'm sure the servers will be running for a long time, because this game should make Bethesda money. In the end at least, it's worth the money. However, if you want to play something polished, well made, smoothly running, maybe wait half a year and see what the state of Fallout 76 is at that point in time.

I really enjoyed making a small series like this, ladies and gents. I might stream this game somewhat on YouTube, so you can be part of my adventures and maybe Ill post those streams. Let me know what you think about that. In terms of making mod reviews for Fallout 76, maybe. First , I want some clarity on Bethesda's policy, because I don't want to get banned.

Thanks so much for watching everyone, and I will see you soon. Most likely jsut with some Skyrim mods.

bye bye
