This is another Fallout Vaults video on my Fallout Freak channel. In this vault video, I talk about Vault 8. Vault 8 can be found in the wasteland of the video game Fallout 2. There are three different levels within this vault with the second level being used only for storage. Water chips that were meant for Vault 13 were mistakenly shipped to this vault which received an additional G.E.C.K. to go along with the two other G.E.C.K.'s they already had. Two quests can be completed within this vault by a doctor named Doctor Troy. One thing that must always be completed is war... War never changes.
