Today's Fallout film, forbidden planet, is it a bit different to the rest of the films in the series. It's the oldest, being made in 1956, but it's also the first Sci-Fi film in the series. How did this film inspire the Fallout series? We'll find that out.

Forbidden Planet is a film set in the 23rd century, and begins with the crew of starship C-57D attempting to discover the fate of a failed expedition. The film takes a series of twists and turns from that point.

There's less identical similarities in this film compared to others in the series, however there are general overarching similarities, ones that make it one of the biggest influences on the Fallout series.
