Pressing Matters is centered around the Sunset Sarsaparilla Headquarters. The plant is easy to approach as it is surrounded by roads and alleyways just north-west of McCarran and south of Westside.

The quest is easy enough if you follow your quest marker, but there are 4 points of interest in the factory.

Immediately to your left when entering is a machine called Festus. He is the guy to speak to once you get 50 sarsaparilla star caps.

Going down the hallway opposite of Festus, look for a deactivated Mr. Handy near a terminal in the offices on your right hand side. Activating the Mr. Janitor causes it to sweep the building only to return to a trash can near its point of origin to dump all that it has collected. It usually finds like 600 caps.

In the south-west portion of the 1st floor is a bottling and storage room with yet another Mr.Handy. It is a bottling and stocking robot. Interact or just downright kill and surface the boxes near it for some Sarsaparilla bottles.

Upstairs, the south-eastern room at the end of a hallway has a star cap in an average safe, and the hole in this office leads to a vault featured in the quest Legend of the Star once you bring Festus 50 star caps.

West of the hole in the floor room is a staircase leading south and downstairs. Through the very hard door you find is a mini sarsaparilla bottle on top of a shelf.

Now head back to the first section of the facility and follow your quest marker to the bottle cap press you need to ruin.
