Scott City. A very sad mission but not hard. The most dangerous enemies are hoover bots, so be sure to take them out from the long distance.

And some thoughts on some noncombat moments.
After the central entrance to the industrial complex there is a room with oil barrels. And there is a small secret passage behind them where you can get to crawling or crouching only. There is a bugged chest inside which can't be opened, so don't loose your time for it.
There is a closed safe at the upper left corner of the map, left from the starting point. The lockpick skill requirement is very high, so if you don't know for sure how high the skill should be to open it don't spend your time for it as well.
And one more thing to notice is with the task general Dekker sent us here for. The tusk can be dealt with using a weapon and lowering your reputation, but it can be done with a merciful approach, according to the game legend, using a poison. There is a humanoid bot near the chamber with Kerr inside. It usually has a poison syringe with it, but this time it was not in its inventory. So I tried the old Fallout series method with super stimpaks and it worked.
