This is another Fallout Perks video on my Fallout Freak channel. In this perk video, I talk about the perk known as Scrounger. Scrounger is a Fallout 4 perk that you get under level 2 in the Luck of S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Once this perk goes into effect, there is a more likely chance that you will find ammo in various containers other than on dead enemies and/or in ammunition boxes. With all of the enemies and creatures in the wasteland, it is definitely smart to take ranks of this perk early on, because you never know how much ammo you will need. One thing that always needs ammo is war... War never changes.
