This is another Fallout Factions video on my Fallout Freak channel. In this factions video, I talk about the faction known as The Institute. The Institute is one of the four major factions in the Commonwealth of Fallout 4. The Institute is known as The Boogeyman of the Commonwealth on the surface and for good reason. The institute uses Synths, or synthetic beings, as slaves. Shaun is the leader, or father as he is called, of the faction. They are located under the destroyed Commonwealth Institute of Technology, also known as the C.I.T. One thing that must never have multiple meanings is war... War never changes.
