This is the Amiga/MS-DOS version of Dizzy III/Fantasy World Dizzy, originally for ZX Spectrum and Amstrad CPC, and it is the same game at its core, but graphically more advanced and easier to beat towards the end.
Gameplay-wise the game features a few bugfixes, some areas are much easier to navigate, like the amazing illusion and the cloud part, also some of the coins are not hidden behind random parts of the background anymore. Finally, there is a map of the world with the coins locations after freeing Dizzy's girlfriend to complete the game swiftly.
As a result, the game feels easier but also much more polished compared to the original version.
Also Dizzy now wears a hat.
There is also no background music anymore in the DOS version, unlike the Amiga version, but it has a good variety of sound effects.
