You will be in a bunker. This place is fairly linear with a couple of off the path locations for you to stock up on ammunition, armor and medkits. Fight your way through the corridors keeping an eye out for ambushes laid by the Mercs and Tri-gen throughout the level (especially when opening those doors). You will find yourself on some walkways, so keep heading forward to go back into more bunker corridors filled with Mercs and Tri-gen. Again, you will find yourself on a walkway so proceed forward and once through, you will have your chance at an achievement.

You will see some Mercs guarding cages with Tri-gen in them. Go left up some staircases where Doyle will helpfully mention that you can open the cages. Do so in the room at the top of the staircase and watch the Mercs get wiped for:Credit: Muetsch
Proceed through the rest of the complex and wipe out any remaining Mercs and Tri-gen to get another cutscene to move you to the next mission.
