0Use the start of the video to see a good camping spot. Use this to spot the enemies and figure out where they are. Also, shoot the sniper and the guys on the beach (they do not run away), then use the patrol boat to shoot up the Mercs who are fishing. Proceed on foot, checking your flank and then use the binoculars to spot a bunch of Mercs streaming out of a hut. Shoot them along with the technician trying to sneak across the left cliff. On that same cliff is an emplacement so be careful to shoot him from safety. Clear out the Mercs in the rest of the base to proceed and grab the cryvision goggles.
You will get a new objective to get to the steam generator; there will be a convenient vehicle nearby. Drive on to the objective, but be careful going along the road as the Mercs have many ambushes set up. You will get held up at the first one, but they will be easily gunned down. Getting to the exit of the level will be tricky as there are loads of Mercs all around the place and behind you, so don't rely heavily on the binoculars. Once there, either sneak into the plant or fight your way in. Shoot the technician in the plant once you're inside and grab the plans. High-tail it out of there to finish the mission and net:
