FAST MODE in a Sonic Game? Plus Level Select (Sonic Spinball, Genesis) - Retrogaming Easter Eggs!
363In the options menu of Sonic Spinball for Sega Genesis, you can toggle between NORMAL and FAST speed. But like, aren't ALL Sonic games FAST?
The difference isn't noticeable immediately in my opinion, but once Sonic starts bouncing around a lot, the speed setting really makes a difference.
This game also has a level select code. In the options menu, press the following:
A, DOWN, B, DOWN, C, DOWN, A, B, UP, A, C, UP, B, C, UP.
Then back out to the title screen and hold A, B, or C as you hit START to skip to level 2, 3, or 4 respectively.
