Fastest Nidalee Clear in Patch 6.12 (3:10 with Talisman)
117I've taken this from the start of a ranked game, as I couldn't play that day. You can also start with machete, which makes it slightly faster because of the on-hit damage it provides. That only works if you start Gromp/Blue though, because you need the Manareg to be able to keep on spamming heals!
Start Q and throw the spear at maxrange (bush is a good indicator), move close to it, AA, R, AA, Q. Don't forget to use all your AA Resets as they're really important to have a fast first clear on Nidalee.
