Ot (EXP + 2%): Dropped by the Giant Shade in the Barren Temple during the trial in Part 1. If missed, it can also be obtained in a dream sequence in Part 2.

Otir (EXP + 4%): Found from sword-wielding Shades in the Manor. Note that if Emil petrifies them, the word won't drop. Can also be acquired in a dream sequence in Part 2.

Otes (EXP + 6%): Dropped by a magic-casting Shade during the Village boss segment. Since there is only one such enemy that drops two words, you may need to find the other word in the dream sequence.

Otka (EXP + 8%): Obtained from a magic-casting Shade on the Northern Plains when it's cloudy, during Part 2.

Otza (EXP + 10%): Dropped by a boss Shade during the "Disturbing the Sleep of Kings" quest. This is missable.

Otira (EXP + 12%): Found from small armored Shades in the Southern Plain when it's cloudy, during Part 2.

Otesra (EXP + 15%): Dropped by small armored Shades in the Northern Plains after obtaining all keys.

Otkarr (EXP + 20%): Obtained from a small magic-casting Shade in the Desert, during Part 2.

Otzarr (EXP + 25%): Found from any sword-wielding Shade, with or without armor, DURING the Aerie boss fight in Part 2, but BEFORE the boss appears. Re load the save if it doesn't drop.

Otzarken (EXP + 30%): Dropped by any Shade in the Ballroom past the point of no return, except for the ball-shaped Shades. Have to finish the game to carry it over.

Note. Dream sequence is repeatable, unlocked post side quest in part 2.
