We can't let this war go on any longer. There are no two ways about that. As we march on Fhirdiad, Dimitri has moved to intercept us at Tailtean Plains, the battlefield from the Professor's dream, the place where Seiros fought and defeated Nemesis. Rhea, meanwhile, is moving to flank us while we're engaged with the Kingdom army.

Let's rock and roll.

Things don't look so bad to start with, if I'm being honest. We just have to take out all the enemy commanders, like Dimitri and Dedue and... I couldn't think of who the Great Knight was supposed to replace but I guess it's Sylvain? The first wrinkle is that Dedue secretly gave crest stones to some (one) of the soldiers to turn them into Beasts. But hey, why worry about that?

As we cut our way through the battlefield and get closer to Dimitri, the Church forces finally arrive, led by Rhea--or rather, by Seiros herself, the selfsame Seiros that the church is named after. She's got both the Sword and Shield of Seiros, and that means she's got plenty of health recovery. Whatever, no big deal. I'll just let Edelgard handle Dimitri and Baeleth handle Rhea. We've come so far, we'll be able to handle it.

Dimitri meets his demise, but Rhea refuses to give up just yet. She orders the church forces to retreat all the way to Fhridiad while the remnants of the Kingdom army unwittingly run interference.
