Fire Emblem Heroes has released Clarisse - and this gameplay video has commentary from me discussing the pros and cons of the Sniper in the Dark. Clarisse can be obtained by completing special maps and quests surrounding the Clarisse Grand Hero Battle. Once you beat Clarisse in the GHB, you get a 3* or 4* unit with neutral IVs.
Clarisse, the Sniper in the Dark, is an archer unit in FEH. From the Fire Emblem game New Mystery of the Emblem, Clarisse is yours to control once you beat the GHB. You can level her, and give her the best build that you want!
