This thing hits harder than anything you've faced so far. He can easily KO a character in one attack if their HP is around 400-500. To counter this, place everyone in the back row, which will halve the damage. If you have any Tranquilizers you can also inflict your party with Sadness status, which will decrease the damage by about another 33%. If you're fast enough, heal after every one of its attacks.

Obviously the Enemy Skill materia is essential, as is Bio magic. You don't need Sense materia, but it will help keep track of its HP while Bio is continuousy damaging it. You'll also need Aerith's first level 3 Limit Break. An easy way to do this is to equip her with an All materia paired with an attack magic materia and then just get into random encounters. Wait until you've damaged each enemy a little and then use her All-(Fire-Ice-Bolt) to finish them all off. If you have any of those raised to level 2 you shouldn't have to weaken them. If your Enemy Skill materia has Matra Magic, you could also equip her with that and just use it at the start of every fight. It should take out most, if not all, of the enemies in this area in one turn. It's also a good idea to have Cloud's best Limit ready to go.

Once you've done all that, you should be ready. First, keep casting Bio until it becomes poisoned. Use Sense as well. Keep your healer(Preferably Aerith) on standby at all times and heal after every attack if you can. Keep a constant eye on its HP and as soon as it drops below 2000 use Aerith's Limit Break. This will make your party invincible for a short time. Immediately after that, hit it with your strongest available attack(Probably Cloud's Limit Break) and make sure it drops its HP below 1500. At this time it might permanently eject one of your characters from the battle. As long as it isn't the one equipped with the Enemy Skill materia you'll be ok. Now just keep attacking and it will eventually use Beta. Hopefully you're still invincible, or else you have no chance of surviving the attack. Now you can either let Bio finish it off or kill it yourself.

You can do this at lower levels than I did here. It won't be much more challenging, honestly.
