Own Sphere Grid, Rikku Only, No Items, No Overdrives, No Customise, No Spare Change\n\n\nStats: HP 5460, Str 51, Def 21, Agi 60, Luck 26\n\nEquipment: Hot Knuckles (Firestrike; bomb-dropped), Tit-for-Tat (Counterattack), Prism Claw (Magic Counter), Haste Targe (SOS-Haste), Reflect Targe (SOS-Reflect), Elemental Targe (Ice Eater, Fire Eater), Shell Targe (SOS-Shell)\n\n\nThis battle took a little thought because switching to the wrong weapon or armour can easily be fatal and also Flux and Mortiorchis sometimes skip their turns, meaning the turn bar on the screen isn't always quite right. This is compounded by the fact that Cross Cleave causes Delay, so Rikku's next turn won't be when it says it will be. \n\nFor the first part of the fight (when Flux has more than 35k HP) their attack pattern is:\n\nSeymour: Lance of Atrophy\nMorty: Full-Life (must be in SOS HP and have SOS-Reflect equipped)\nSeymour: Lance of Atrophy\nMorty: Full-Life\nSeymour: Dispel\nMorty: Cross Cleave\n\nSeymour casts Protect on himself when reduced below 52 500 HP. Unfortunately I couldn't prevent this because I didn't get Silencestrike from the first Seymour fight (Silencetouch doesn't work) and unlike in the Natus battle he will cast Protect even when taken below the HP threshold with a counterattack.\n\nThe hard bit of the first phase is making sure Rikku is always in SOS HP when Morty casts Full-Life. When she hits herself to heal she will never be in SOS HP so I had to make sure she'd take enough damage to be back below half before Full-Life.\n\nOnce Flux's HP drops below 35k he casts Reflect on himself and the attack pattern becomes:\n\nSeymour: Flare (on himself so we can't Reflect it)\nMorty: Ready to annihilate\nSeymour: Seymour watches... and waits\nMorty: Total Annihilation\n\nThis second phase is really easy because we don't have Full-Life to worry about. I made a mistake towards the end where I switched to a Moon Targe instead of the Shell Targe... fortunately that Moon Targe actually had SOS-Shell on it (as well as SOS-NulShock), so it was fine :D.\n\nI had to stick two bits of recording together as doing the whole lot as one recording would mean the quality would have to suffer, so the video skips slightly at about 4:54.
