Own Sphere Grid, Rikku Only, No Items, No Overdrives, No Customise, No Spare Change\n\n\nStats: HP 2460, Str 35, Agi 27, Luck 22 (other stats dont really matter)\n\nEquipment: Hot Knuckles (Firestrike; bomb-dropped), Devastator (Str +10%), Regen Targe (SOS-Regen, HP +10%)\n\n\nAfter Lord Ochu I made my way back to the Thunder Plains, doing some equipment farming on the way (Darktouch, Sleeptouch, Poisontouch, Confuse Ward). With these restrictions equipment is really all you can rely on. Sleeptouch could have been a pain because Funguars have a low drop rate but fortunately it didnt take too long.\n\nI did some levelling on the Thunder Plains and got SOS-Regen from an Iron Giant, then on to Spherimorph. The combination of Defense 100 and Armored status means Rikku deals tiny damage so SOS-Regen was essential since its the only way to heal in battles for now. It started the fight in the ice phase so I was able to do a little extra damage with the Hot Knuckles but then it shifted to lightning and I dont have Waterstrike so just stuck to the Devastator.\n\nThe fight gets a bit more interesting around 4:40 when Spherimorph starts using Press but it still can't out-damage SOS-Regen.\n\nSorry the video quality isn't great.
