Skill Speed Requirement: 341 (basically, the default at 50 lol!)

Cross Class Skill: Internal Release (Pugilist 12)

Boss Opener:

Infuriate - Tomahawk - Brutal Swing - Heavy Swing - Unchained - Maim - Bloodbath - Internal Release - Storm's Eye - Berserk - Heavy Swing - Skull Sunder - Butcher's Block - Heavy Swing - Inner Beast - Skull Sunder - Butcher's Block - Fracture - Brutal Swing whilst pacified.

To make things easier, utilize the following:

If you're into macro's, make this one macro to free up some space on your hot bar (note that brackets are required for "me". YouTube does not allow brackets in the description -_-):

/micon "Bloodbath"
/ac "Bloodbath" me
/ac Internal Release" me

This way, you can pull off both cooldowns with one button in succession. Also note, you activate Berserk in the MIDDLE OF THE STORMS'S EYE ANIMATION for best global cool down timing.

Also your Berserk is going to need this macro to help the healer know you have berserk up
(note that brackets are required for "me" and "se.14". YouTube does not allow brackets in the description -_-):

/wait 16
/p Esuna / Leeches in 5 seconds se.14

This helps your healer get that pacification off you sooner, rather waiting 5 seconds which could be time spent prepping this next combo:

So now that you've accomplished this nifty little opener, you can follow up anyway you want or take my route for the lulz. You will have 2 stacks of wraith upon completing said previous combo, and if you would like to follow up defensively, this is the combo for you. I enjoy it because I am STR warrior and little defense is always nice:

Heavy Swing - Maim - Vengeance - Storm's Path.

Now you got some bitchen defense going on, and you have 5 stacks of wraith which I typically use for Inner Beast once Storm's Path is down. My tanking is based around be offensive but always having at least one defensive buff/cooldown up. It helps in the long time IMO.
