Quick showcase of a 2nd try AMG, then I decided to run around for awhile and accomplish nothing.

Haivng 2 Blue Boxes on Screen and letting the game give you the option to Return to Title after Death is also viable to unlock the Active Menu Glitch. It's a bit random as to the setup time, since you need the bros to stop healing you (2 Bombs only spawn will take forever, but 2 Iron Giants and you should get it within the minute). You'll no you are successful when a Menu Watermark is stuck on your screen (caution, do not open up the Menu again manually once you see that watermark, this will lock out all your buttons).
