A showcase of an idea (thanks to Cith for the inspiration).

Normally, the only available Weapon to use is Sword of the Father against Ardyn 3. However, from the AMG% route, we never pick it up, and as such cannot damage the boss with Ardyn. This results us forecully going out of bounds to bring our party back to life, so they can deal the finish blow.

Cheats are used here to have Infinite HP and High Damage. But if you keep the menu up while doing some clever inter-inputs (if you rapidly press Triangle to Sort, the game will also enact a warp; alternatively, you could make the second input an attackm and if held, Noctis will do a combo).

Do this in a real run seems non-viable. You can see how often is was getting pushed around. And without cheats, your damage is just very bad.

Magitek Suit might work against Ardyn 1, but Ardyn 2 you are no longer invincible. To boot, to get over the cutscene in the Throne Room, you need to "unequip" your Attire. Still, I think this is worth posting, at you totally can equip and attack with your inventory weapons in the final phase.

Your Gear will either be Locked or unable to open during these first two phases, so there's no easy way to keep it into Phase 3. Note, there are now more cutscenes you can't skip. But if there is a viable strategy for this, it will save almost 5 minutes from OoB shenanigans.
