00:00 - Next, back to the Battle Arena. Once again at the start of the video I have a list of the equipment and materia that I went in with but this is going to be time consuming!

Equipment - Ultimate Weapon, Mystile Armour and Ribbon accessory which is essential.

Materia - equip your best enemy skill materia, HP Plus' to take Cloud's HP to 9999, MP Absorb paired with Ultima so you get some MP back everytime you use it, Magic Plus, MP Plus, Restore for Regen, Mime, Double Cut, Added Effect paired with Hades Summon on armour as a back up when the Ribbon breaks, Long Range with Cloud in the back row and Counter Attack. Or whatever style of play you prefer.

00:41 - If you have a lot of money in the game you can travel to Costa del Sol and finally buy the Villa. Speak with the guy lying on the bed and hand over 300,000 gil to be the proud owner of "Villa Cloud". You can now stay here to replenish your HP and MP.

02:00 - Stock up on plenty of Ehealing items as you can't leave the battle arena without losing all of your points. Make sure you battle to fill Cloud's limit break guage (this should've been done before resting). Once you're ready - head to the Battle Square at the Gold Saucer.

11:25 - Now it is a bit of a slog to get both Omnislash and W-Summon, you need 96,000 points in total to buy both. I would recommend getting the 32,000 and buying Omnislash then heading out to save, learn the limit break and come back for W-Summon. The enemies are tougher at this stage of the game too so make use of Big Guard, Regen, Double Cut or Slash-All and all of your strongest magic and items. Remember if you are using Ultima or Comet you can use Mime to use it again without the MP cost.

When it comes to the handicaps, you can slow down the slots by tapping Square quickly and then press okay one Icon before the one you want. It does take a bit of practice to get the timing but it can be really handy when you get the hang of it.

If you come up against a Tonberry, use the Death Force enemy skill, which makes Tonberry's instant death move miss

You will get a Battle Points depending on how difficult the handicaps you got were. The more difficult the handicap (e.g All Materia Broken being the most difficult), the more battle points you will get for completing the round. If you are defeated in battle, you won't get any points for the round.

40:00 - When you get to 32,000 points total, buy Omnislash and use it on Cloud to learn his 4th and final limit break. Make sure you set it, then head out of the battle square - note that you will lose your points so make sure you have spent them. Save the game and battle to fill Cloud's limit break guage once again. Now head back to the Battle Square.

48:30 - Slog away at the battles once again until you have 64,000 points this time.

1:53:30 - Once you get to your total, buy W-Summon. Now you have learned and set Omnislash for Cloud, have W-Summon and Ultimate Weapon for Cloud, when you when you speak with the battle arena assistant at the counter she will invite Cloud to take part in a special battle. This will be the same set up as the previous rounds but you will fight - 1st Battle: Sea Worm, 2nd Battle: Ho-chu, 3rd Battle: Unknown 3, 4th Battle: Serpent, 5th Battle: Wolfmeister, 6th Battle: Behemoth, 7th Battle: Maximum Kimaira and 8th Battle: Proud Clod, Jamar Armor

With the current set up you should be able to win this without any major issues. With Ultima paired with MP Absorb you can use Ultima, then Mime to use it throughout the first 7 rounds. Only pausing to use Big Guard and Regen when needed. Remember to use the slot trick to make sure you choose the best handicap.

2:02:30 - When you get to the Proud Clod battle you can use Omnislash then use Mime to keep using it without a full limit bar. If you have to heal or use Big Guard, switch back to Ultima - Mime or Double Cut attacks. You will get Final Attack Materia for completing this.

Final Attack Materia can be linked with a wide variety of Materia, including all Magic and Summon Materia and many Command Materia, to perform a command from the linked Materia when the character is killed. This is really effective when paired with Life Materia.

2:05:36 - Before leaving, equip your battling character with Morph and Sense Materia then start the special battle. Defeat the Sea Worm and when you get to the Ho-chu, use Sense and chip away at it's HP to use Morph. It will morph into a Ribbon. After this you can just exit the battle and repeat as many times as you like.

2:12:35 - Head to Wonder Square and speak with the assistant here. Use your remaining GP to buy the mystery price at 2000 GP which is EXP Plus materia and the mystery prize at 1000 GP which is Gil Plus materia.

2:13:45 - Before leaving head to the Speed Square and repeat the rollercoaster mini-game. Again, you want to shoot the exact spot on the screen at 2:16:49 to get the points you need to win the Flayer weapon for Cid. Now exit to the world map.
