Final Fantasy V SLL BKGO Challenge Part 9 - Ramuh
1Ramuh is difficult boss with only two people and being LL. His Bolt 2 instantly kills and while I could've bought a Coral Ring from the town nearby for 50000 gil, I'm not interested in grinding that much with Faris and Lenna for a ring for a single boss at this point in time. The rings will be important, but not at the moment.
Ramuh would be for the most part impossible if he wasn't vulnerable to quite a few status effects. I show three tactics here to beat him, two legitimate for my challenge and the last one to show you how extreme Deathclaw his.
1st Attempt - Stop + Demi
Not fool proof because after recovering from stop he can still kill you before you have a chance to cast it again, but it gives you time to wail on him. Demi drains half of current health.
2nd Attempt - Missile
Like the Demi Tactic. Missile reduces the current health by 75%. Ramuh has 4000 Health, hence 3000 damage and an easy follow up for the Ninja.
3rd Attempt - Deathclaw
To those vulnerable to Deathclaw, it reduces any person's HP to a single digit left, random from 1-9, and paralyzes the target. Any low level party could win then. Use Deathclaw, hit for at least 10 damage and you win.
