As you may already know, if an enemy happens to have 7777 HP exactly, then they enter a state known as All Lucky 7s but without activating the chain of 64 auto-attacks. The curious thing here is that the game actually doesn't properly check the attacker's HP, it only checks the lower two bytes (the last 16 bits) of the HP. This means that if an enemy HP value is equal to 7777 + any multiple of 65536 is a valid condition to set the damage to 7777.
Enemies will deal 7777 points of damage/heal (miss and null damage are unchanged) as long as their HP are 7777... but also 73313, 138849, 204385, 269921, 335457, 400993, 466529, 532065, 597601, 663137, 728673, 794209, 859745, 925281 or 990817 (the next value being above any enemy's maxHP).
