10The Corel region is the largest in the game, mostly because it's split up into two regions with multiple towns in between it all. Here, I explore the northern half of it around Costa del Sol while doing quests. Towards the end, I fight Alexander.
The gym guys from the first game make a return here, and I actually enjoyed their mini-game in Remake. But I haaaated it here. Before it used the face buttons, now it uses the shoulder buttons for inputs. And it's a lot harder to mash those. Some of the inputs require you to even do "half-presses" for the R2 and L2 and those are just so damn finnicky. I tried a few times but didn't even manage to beat the first one after the quest. Some of these mini-games are just not meant for me.
