As we approach the end of the Pharos, a little puzzle presents itself to us, to get through the Third Ascent, we will need to take some teleporting stones in a specific order, if you make two mistakes, you'll be sent to a room with fairly powerful enemies you'll have to deal with.
First off, you need to use the Black Sigil to progress to the second platform. Next is the Green Sigil, but there are two you can take, one is in plain sight while the other lies beyond an illusory wall, I recommend taking that one because it leads to a secret area with the Ardor spell, which I embarassingly missed in this video, it's right behind you after taking the Green Sigil Stone.
Next comes the Red Sigil, there's one for the regular path and one for the hidden path.
Then comes the Sigil of Sacrifice, you have to pick the one that corresponds to the ability you've sacrificed during the second ascent... supposedly, there are reports that say any Sigil works, but just to be safe: Items are Yellow, Magicks are Purple, Weapons are White and Radar is Pink. However, as you can see, I've used Purple despite sacrificing my Radar and it worked here.
The last one is tricky because none of the Sigils you can see will lead you to the end, instead, you have to find the unmarked Way Stone behind an illusory wall to progress!
Once you do that, you may be greeted with a Rare Game called Tower, I didn't see it here, but if you do, dispose of it while protecting yourself from its powerful Magicks.
At this point, you have to take the Dais of Ascendance to progress further, but you can take the other Way Stone to get to another area, which leads to the room you'd be sent to if you messed up twice, but there won't be any enemies and you can get the Map for this place.
Before climbing on the elevator, buff up your party, the classic buffs are always welcome, but the most important one is Float, absolutely have that one!
Once prepared, step on the dais to meet the real boss of the Third Ascent, Hashmal, the Bringer of Order!
And it is a very easy boss with Float, it's weak to Wind, so Wind-weapons will tear it a new one while Float will protect you from its most dangerous attacks, including Quakeja, its ultimate attack!
Just don't use elemental weapons if they aren't Wind-elemental and look out for the Disease effect its physical attacks can put on you.
Once that's done, move on, see a cutscene and save, we're nearly done with this place!
