Final Fantasy XIV A Realm Reborn Frontlines War
2Go easy on me, I don't play PVP often... :P
Ok this wasn't the first time I played this but one of the first. Frontlines has succeeded in making PVP actually fun in Final Fantasy XIV! This was my first time going in as a Warrior FYI but I quite enjoyed it for the most part.
The rules are simple: It's the Three Grand Companies of Eorzea vs each other in a battle for control of the Carteneau Flats! You are each put on an Alliance of 24 players(sometimes alliances are smaller based on the DF). So that takes it up to a grand total of 72 players! The main purpose is to hold/capture points from the other teams but there is a dome in the middle with some PVE elements where you compete to damage these drones. I didn't get to show it this time since I wanted to be with my Alliance. Being a Warrior makes you obviously one of the best defenders a team can have.
This round...Was one of the better fights we the Maelstrom have put up on this server for sure... We're kinda bottom tier compared to the other GCs on this datacenter.
