60 FPS 720 HD! One of my favorite dungeons in the game!

4:51-Sasquatch. He's no Donkey Kong. This one is pretty simple. DPS him, take out the adds when they spawn and interact with a tree to let down some bananas so the boss will stop hurting and inflicting you with vulnerability. Make sure it's one person doing the tree work since the Big Ape gains damage a buff every time he eats so beware of that. If targeted make sure you aren't standing too close to anyone else as he'll charge you. Dodge his stool pelts AOEs, yeah he really does that lol, he's not a classy Sasquatch.

11:59-Sjoorm. Pretty simple as well. Avoid the AoEs, avoid when he goes underground and chases after you like the Sand Worm does. Don't go inside the bubbles immediately. When the boss goes underground and begins to cast a big room wide AoE is when you need to go inside a bubble to survive. Failure to do so and the AoE will do severe damage. Other than that simple he doesn't have a huge health bar. Oh and his name basically equates to Sea Serpent in Swedish or Norwegian.

18:33-Kraken. This one might give first timers trouble. This boss works differently than others since the goal is to kill ten arms+ tentacles. Water spouts will eventually spawn, allowing you to jump to the other platforms when necessary to dodge or attack the next tentacle or arm but using the spouts does give you a little debuff each time you do it. It is best players stay grouped together on the same platform to reduce damage done by the Kraken. When a green icon appears above your head that means you need to hit a water spout and jump to another platform. A tornado will spawn at your location otherwise and when it detonates it does big damage!

The Kraken may also grab a player and toss you away from your group, sometimes even onto an island with a tornado on it! So run back to your party ASAP when that happens. Other than that it's not a bad fight.

Limit Breaks are fine to use here too but just remember the tentacles and arms can submerge at times and dodge your LBs so time them accordingly, like maybe do them when you first see the last arm or tentacle come up.

The scenery and beauty of it being one thing, some of the mobs and bosses being rather unique and fun.The light hearted and adventurous atmosphere the music creates when compared to TTD Hard which is like the opposite of this dungeon. TTD Hard is great it is a horror dungeon.

Also when you think dungeon you think of some miserable place like Toto-Rak. This place on the other hand you'd actually want to go back to, aside from the bear traps, mobs and boats having issues with it lol. Having been to a tropical island I do have a bias perhaps.

The thumbnail is a screenshot I took BTW. The isle has some AMAZING sunsets and maybe sun rises are nice too.

This run was pretty solid some mishaps here and there but we recovered nicely. Despite that it was the smoothest run I've had lately of this dungeon. The item sync is now item level 110 so..I am scaled down here. Also I meant the White Mage has the title, not the other Black Mage. Much thanks to the Golden White Mage!

Story is:
"Upon the Rhotano Sea, along the fringes of the island chain known as the Cieldalaes, there stretches an expanse of water perpetually covered in heavy mist. Hidden within this impenetrable shroud is Hullbreaker Isle, so named for having smashed innumerable hapless vessels into flotsam over the centuries. In the wake of the Calamity, however, it came to be that the mist would lift under certain conditions. On one such day, a merchantman sailed into the area to behold not only the isle itself, but also the wreck of the Haar, the flagship of the dread pirate Mistbeard. The discovery has rekindled interest in Mistbeard's legendary hoard, and treasure hunters the realm over are now scrambling to find passage to the elusive isle."
