To start this seasonal quest go to the NPC Tori Bugyo at Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks -The Aftcastle X:11.5 Y:13.9.

The vendor is the Red Tori Shonin at Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks -The Aftcastle X:11.3 Y:13.7. You just buy stuff with gold this year. You can buy two tabletops, an orchestrion roll and some Zoni if you want food.

This event is well..Sort of a copy paste of last year, so it's not terribly interesting but not very time consuming.

Once again you've got to do a FATE involving the Strongman/Cyclops and Mochi. The FATE spawns at two locations, either go to Lower La Noscea - The Gods' Grip - The Salt Strand X:19.0 Y:35.8

Also located at Middle La Noscea - Zephyr Drift X:24.0 Y:26.2.

I went to the Lower location in the video but it wasn't very populated so I cut a bit to save time, it was just me hitting the respawning mobs for cakes for a while and reviving people. The Middle location is more popular at least on this server from what I saw.

The fate itself isn't really hard but you really can die from the hammer since it scales you down, the hammer stuns and he can troll you by doing a few fast hammer strikes in a row lol. Focus target on the Strongman/Cyclops if you really want to gather the cakes from that object, otherwise just get them slower from the Mochi Thieves and the reskinned Mochi slimes.

Eh, I hope next year is more interesting. the 2015 version of this event was my favorite.

The Tori Kabutos are much more dignified than last year's helms though. Which is nice, though they were hilarious last year.
