This is the level 60 bard quest, The Ballad of Oblivion! It's. Nothing too hard. Just some story and one boss battle.
Ligeia isn't anything special. Just a pallette swap of the Siren from PS. She'll do similar things but I don't think she can charm you. Just stay in the center but watch for her to do Ifrit like dashes sometimes too.
This is one of the easier level 60 quests. Not much special about it though mechanic wise or story wise. Although it was interesting having to go to that island here..Now it makes sense why there aren't you know-whats on that island.
The reward for this quest is Sidewinder. It's a pretty nice skill.Delivers an attack with a potency of 100 and has an additional effect:
If the target is suffering from a Venomous Bite or Windbite effect inflicted by you, Sidewinder's potency is increased to 175 for one effect, or 250 for both.
You'll also obtain the Skysinger title.
