Not sure if I should say there are spoilers but this is a primal battle in Heavensward so be forewarned.

I think Ravana was harder this one isn't so bad. First thing to note, you CAN fall off the island so be careful where you move.

Next, it's a good idea to figure out whom is going to activate the dragon killers/harpoons and the shield when you need them. They'll come into play. Our Main Tank decided Healers and any free tanks should man them so it was smooth.

This battle mostly has you taking out Adds and avoiding Bismarck's AoEs, they look very watery. The island you are on is occasionally assaulted by Bismarck and if it sustains too much damage you'll wipe.

The shield device should be activated to try to mitigate the damage from Bismarck. I'm not sure of the exact timing but a little bit before he rams the island. It needs to be activated at the right time or else the island and players will take more damage than necessary.

When the harpoons are active, they should be used ASAP. Once they've both been activated, Bismarck will be chained and you'll have a chance to walk onto the whale and hit its chitin. You do need to stand on him to hurt him ranged class or not.

After a while he'll start to move, you can either keep attacking or get back onto the island. If you stay he'll force you off and do some damage but not major damage.

The second phase begins when the chitin is destroyed. He'll summon serpent like adds, unleash tornadoes AoEs and bubble AoEs. The party must take out the adds in a timely manner or else Bismarck will wipe you. If you survive however Bismarck will still break the shield device.

More adds will appear and also need to be killed. The rest of the battle is like a repeat, you need to wait for the harpoons, fire them and then walk onto Bismarck and finish him off for good.

LB might best be saved for Bismarck himself to finish the battle, I think the other summoner just wanted to see that new limit break.

Unlocked via the Main Scenario Quest Bolt, Chain, and Island, this is the Limitless Blue Hard. The Primal battle with Bismarck! It was pretty cool, I liked the music.

Not too hard though. I think Ravana was tougher, this feels like it should have been the first Primal battle for the expansion difficulty wise IMO. I mean maybe it's hard if you have people fighting over the shield and activating it too early or late or people jumping off casually but....we didn't have any real issues, no wipes.

I also think this is more interesting mechanics wise than Ravana. Looks cooler too. Really gives off a Monster Hunter vibe. The music is also quite good, I love the last phase most of all.

Also note yes he has a Triple Triad card as well but this time I didn't get it so easily. But hey I can't complain because in my last dungeon run the RNG finally gave me a weapon and some caster gear.

Lastly you can't speak much of his personality here since this Bismarck is kinda just a force of destruction. He's not like the true Bismarck whom created islands in the Sea of Clouds and had kindness to him. This Bismarck rather just eat islands and smash things or people that the Vundu don't like.
