FINAL FIGHT CD REVIEW FOR SEGA MEGA CD.

In this review, I take a look at Sega's 1993 conversion of Capcom's arcade hit Final Fight for the Mega CD. This is a game that's enjoyed a rather chequered past when it comes to home ports. Just check out the Amstrad CPC and ZX Spectrum conversions featured in the intro!

Thankfully, Final Fight on consoles tended to fare much better, and while a standalone Megadrive port never transpired, owners of Sega's prestigious CD-ROM add-on would be blessed with a conversion that aimed to deliver a faithful translation of the game while also playing to the unique strengths of its new host platform.

Is Final Fight any good for the Mega CD? Has it aged well as a brawler? And does it manage to dodge the infamous censorship issues that plagued other home versions? Watch as I take the game's iconic heroes Guy, Cody and Hagger for a stroll through the mean streets of Metro City, and answer these questions on the way!
